Quick hello from my hiatus!

Hi lovelies, how has your weekend been?

Just sending out a reminder from my sleepy Sunday that I’m currently on hiatus resting and healing.  I’m not doing my spiritual mentoring sessions or intuitive readings at the moment or sending out my weekly ezine (I’ve had a lot of messages about it all).

I’ve stepped right back and am doing a little bit of painting and slowly getting a new Oracle Art website together (no rush). I might take short courses if they sing to me and am taking meetings if any potential collaborations for next year really call to me and feel fun and nurturing. But I’m not guest writing for books or speaking at summits etc this year. It’s happening gradually but I’m finally learning how to rest!

I have one book (my spiritual memoir) pretty much ready to publish but not enough fuel in my tanks to commit to that journey right now and also have several books at outline stage. Plus of course there’s the film which is on the back burner and I expect will be for a while yet. Who knows, I may end up letting all of that go. I’ll see….

Many clients and friends are hanging out in my private FB group for awakening women called ‘Feminine Mystics Rising’. Maybe I’ll see some of you there? That’s where I’m ‘blogging’ if I feel the urge! I’m also on Instagram quite a bit.

OK now I’m heading back to my duvet cave! Have a great week and do let me know your news. I love to hear how you are.

Lots of love to you all.
Kim

When the SHIFT hits the fan sometimes all we can do is run for cover and do our best to keep going.

We dig in, run on adrenaline, coffee or whatever else gets us through. We are in survival mode because our ‘fight, freeze or flight’ mechanism has really kicked in.

We need that mechanism, it’s helping us, but the adrenaline only lasts so long until the pain and exhaustion kicks in.

What if there are quick, easy and effective ways to really support yourself, mind, body and soul during tough times? Simple practices to help make those shift-hitting-the-fan times just that little bit easier?
